Who we are
Grorapid Labs (“we”, “us”) builds websites, apps and CRM systems. We are based in Delhi, India. This policy explains what we collect on grorapidlabs.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
- When you fill in a form: your name, email, company, budget, the services you tick and your message. These go to our CRM, HubSpot, so we can reply and send you an estimate.
- When you join the newsletter: your email address, stored in HubSpot so we can send you updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- When you chat with us: the messages you send and anything you choose to share, handled by Tawk.to.
- Only if you say yes to analytics: which pages you visit, how you move around them and roughly where you are, through Google Tag Manager. HubSpot also records the pages you visit, so if you later fill in a form we can see what you read before getting in touch.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and your choice
Nothing that tracks you loads until you say yes in the cookie banner. You can choose analytics and chat separately, and change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
We keep two small notes in your browser that are not cookies and are never sent to us:
- your cookie choice, so the banner doesn’t ask again;
- that you closed the announcement bar, until you close the tab.
If you accept analytics or chat, those services set their own cookies. Their policies explain them: Google, HubSpot and Tawk.to.

Booking a call takes you to our HubSpot booking page (covered by HubSpot above). Paying for a service takes you to Stripe, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and contact details for as long as we’re talking or working together, and then for as long as the law or our accounts need them. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Ask us any time and we’ll delete what we hold, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, laws such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU and UK GDPR give you these rights and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@grorapid.com and we’ll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date below.
